Form Controls

This Short works through using the Form Controls that are available in FetchEH's Form Designer. Form Controls can be used to streamline and manage workflows and include setting a required field, setting default values for a field, enabling Autofill to store manual entry values, like sanitarian or installer names, and disabling print to remove a field and its values from being displayed in output (PDF or print).
