Payment Received by field is now handled automatically on Fee records. When accepting payment with the Fee Payment Tool, your username will be auto-filled in. Tracking this info on Fees will be more consistent and provide who marked a Fee record as paid. This field is now similar to other automatic fields such as Created User and is not editable.
